About Us GRAFEA is a UK design company specializing exclusively in quality leather briefcases, leather satchels, leather holdalls, leather travel bags and rucksacks with a distinct character and a very unique style.

Established in 2005, GRAFEA succeeded an already established european company that had been trading since the early 60s. While maintaining the same traditional handcrafting methods, we have mixed original vintage styles that have been around for decades with our own designing ideas. The result of that is leather bags that pass through the test of time.

All GRAFEA bags are made of strong cow leather and are carefully handcrafted by our highly skilled craftsmen within the European Union.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

PAYPAL

We accept credit card payments via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account that's not a problem at all. Please click "Continue" on the left section under the "Don't have a PayPal account?" header and above the various card icons. Our software generates an order number specific to your purchase that will look something like : YK25DQ10000018. This is your order number if you need to contact us. The first two digits are usually the buyer's initials, followed by the second part of the buyer's postcode followed by a unique 8-9 digit number.

If you already have a PayPal account, please log on with your user name and password in order to quickly complete the transaction.

If you are shopping outside the USA i.e. from the UK, European Union or anywhere else, please place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling USA-CANADA

All deliveries to the USA and CANADA are free We use ROYAL MAIL, USPS & FEDEX Express depending on item size/weight and quantity ordered. Generally, your item should arrive the next working day although this cannot be guaranteed and it depends on customs clearance. We will email you a tracking number once your order is ready for shipping.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION - The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes which are liable once your package reaches the country of destination. Please contact your local customs office for further information and more details.


EUROPE

All deliveries to the European Union are free via Royal Mail for small items or PARCELFORCE EXPRESS 48 for heavier bigger items. Generally, your item should arrive within 3-5 working days although this cannot be guaranteed. We will email you a tracking number once your order is ready for shipping and you can check its status online at www.royalmail.com ot www.parcelforce.com . We post to GERMANY, SPAIN, DENMARK, FRANCE, ITALY, GREECE, BELGIUM, NORWAY, SWEEDEN SWITZERLAND, FINLAND, AUSTRIA and LUXEMBURG.


UNITED KINGDOM

All deliveries within UK are FREE via Royal Mail 1st class post or City-Link courier next working day service. We post items daily Monday to Friday. Your order should reach us before 12:00PM for same day dispatch. If your item is sent on a Friday it will be expected to arrive the following Monday. We generally do not send items on Saturdays or Sundays. Deliveries to remote UK areas such as the Scottish Highlands might experience extra 1-2 days.

A signature is required upon delivery. The courier will make four attempts to re-deliver your item. Please ensure someone is in to accept your order. We reserve the right to re-charge for postage if your item returns to us undelivered.

When your order is ready for posting we will email you a tracking number. To check the status of your parcel, please go to http://www.city-link.co.uk and select "Track Parcel" on the left hand side.


ASIA ( Includes AUSTRALIA )

All deliveries to AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, JAPAN, CHINA, HONG KONG & SINGAPORE are via FEDEX, or Royal Mail service depending on location and item/quantity ordered. Small items are generally shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For service where bigger items are sent via FEDEX at a flat $20 per bag. Generally, your item should arrive within 7-10 working day although this cannot be guaranteed and it depends on customs clearance. We will email you a tracking number once your order is ready for shipping and you can check its status online.

Back Orders All items are genarally in stock and ready for dispatch. In the exemption of your item not being in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges There is currently no VAT or any other taxes added to the price of your order within the European Union included the UK. International orders outside the US are subject to the local duties and taxes. Please consult your local customs office.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit "SSL - Secure Sockets Layer" encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Please look for the security padlock at the bottom right of your browser during checkout. Sensitive credit card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not store credit card numbers for both our and our customer's security.

Privacy Policy Grafea highly respects your privacy. In general, you can visit Grafea without revealing any information about yourself. We do collect information regarding visitors to our website. Some information is required in order to process orders, for example, we analyze this data for trends and statistics to help us provide you with a better service.

Returns Policy All Grafea goods are covered by a 10 day money back return policy. If you are not completely satisfy with your purchase or you have changed your mind, we will fully refund the full sale price of the item. The cost of posting back the item is the responsibility of the customer and it is not refundable.
All returned items must be completely unused, in perfect condition and including all original packing material. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in case the returned item has clear signs of use or missing items such as lock keys and straps.

Please notify us on returns@grafea.com prior to posting the item back by including your full name, postal address and reason for return. You will then be issued with an RMA number which we kindly request you write it on the outside of the returned parcel.
