UK DELIVERY NOTES
We dispatch items daily Monday to Friday. Your order should reach us before 12:00PM GMT for same day dispatch. Online and telephone orders both are processed with equal speed.
Royal Mail's 1st class recorded service is not a guaranteed next day service. Please upgrade to CITY-LINK courier delivery if your order does not qualify for it and need your item urgently.
Orders shipped via CITY-LINK are delivered the next working day. If your item was sent on a Friday it will be expected to arrive the following Monday as we do not send items on Saturdays or Sundays. Generally orders placed after 12:00PM on a Friday are usually dispatched the following Monday.
CITY-LINK next working day service only applies to UK Mainland destinations. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and remote UK areas such as the Scottish Highlands usually experience extra 1-2 days .
